At Chroma Collective Tattoo & Laser Removal Co., growth has always been intentional. We’ve built our studio around quality work, mutual respect, and a genuine love for the craft — and now, we’re ready to grow the team.

If you’re a professional tattoo artist with at least three years of shop experience following an apprenticeship, and you’re looking for a new studio home in Parker, Colorado or the greater Denver metro, this is your sign. We’re actively looking to bring on talented, motivated artists who want to work in a collaborative, client-focused environment without ego or burnout culture.

We’re a tattoo shop, piercing studio, and laser tattoo removal studio located in Parker, CO, serving clients from across the Denver metro and beyond. Our studio is known for:

Who We’re Looking For


We’re currently looking to connect with professional tattoo artists who have completed an apprenticeship and have at least three years of shop experience. Ideal candidates are artists who are:

  • Confident in their technical fundamentals

  • Experienced working in a professional shop environment

  • Reliable, communicative, and respectful

  • Professional with clients and coworkers

  • Motivated to grow their craft and clientele

  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented studio

You don’t need to tattoo in one specific style. We value diverse artistic backgrounds, including (but not limited to):

  • Black & grey

  • Color realism

  • Traditional / neo-traditional

  • Fine line

  • Illustrative

  • Custom lettering

What matters most is quality work, consistency, and professionalism.

What We Expect From Our Artists

We believe in clarity and transparency. Artists working with Chroma Collective are expected to:

  • Maintain required certifications, including a Bloodborne Pathogens certification (renewed annually)

  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

  • Communicate clearly with clients about design, pricing, and aftercare

  • Uphold studio cleanliness and professionalism

  • Represent the studio respectfully in person and online

  • Respect the studio's hours of operation.

In return, we offer a competitive commission structure that reflects experience, professionalism, and contribution to the studio. Our goal is to create a setup where artists feel supported, valued, and fairly compensated.

Is there a minimum experience requirement?

Yes. We’re looking for professional tattoo artists who have completed an apprenticeship and have at least three years of experience working in a shop environment.

Are you hiring apprentices?

At this time, we’re primarily focused on experienced tattoo artists. Apprenticeship opportunities are very limited and occasionally considered on a case-by-case basis.

Do you require a specific tattoo style?

No. We value strong fundamentals and consistency over one specific style. Artistic diversity strengthens the studio.

What certifications are required?

Artists must maintain appropriate health and safety certifications, including a current Bloodborne Pathogens certification, renewed annually.
